                         WELCOME

Bali, 'Island of the Gods" is a dream - for all of us who have been before it is a dream to return to, and for those who are still dreaming, a land of smiles waiting for you.
It is a land of culture and ceremonies with scenes of colourful Bali Flags (umbul umbuls) and umbrellas (tedung) decorating the temples and villages.

The Balinese people are very spiritual and it is a common daily sight to see them making their offerings to the Gods.
The offerings (canang) are made of small coconut leaf baskets filled with leaves, flowers, rice, food, water and along with burning incense, are placed around their homes,
in shrines and outside their shops.

By placing the offerings, the Balinese quietly show respect for their God and receive wisdom and guidance and this also maintains balance and harmony between the
physical and spiritual world.

By bringing these products to you, we also are helping the Balinese people in a small way. They are a people who are always so appreciative of anything we can do for
them and are always keen to share with us their culture and their hospitality.

Please feel more than welcome to be part of our group and keep in touch by email with more ideas that help increase our product range over time.

We have also spent time in Saigon during their Tet New Year celebrations.  It was a city full of colour and celebrations and a great place to be at this time of year.
We visited the Mekong Delta and also spent time visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels which was an interesting history lesson.
It is good to see the Vietnamese people have put the past behind them and we found them to be friendly and helpful.
We did bring back from Vietnam some products such as silk sleeping bags, pashminas and artworks which we thought would be a good addition to our website.
We hope you enjoy them.
